PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for products or donations is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made in one of the following ways.

Orders throughout Greece are sent through the cooperating transport company and are paid via bank card, Paypal (or other financial institution), the method of cash on delivery for certain products or the deposit in the bank account of the company. The same goes for donations.
In the case of COD you pay the price of the product upon receipt by the courier. All your credit card transactions are carried out in a strong encryption environment. Credit card details are not stored in the e-shop.

The procedure for depositing in our bank account is the following: When completing your order, select the “Bank Deposit” option as the payment method, where possible. Deposit the amount of money in the following account of the company:

For the reason of deposit, always put your order number and your name. When the deposit is made by any other Greek or foreign bank, any transaction costs are borne exclusively by the customer and in no case by we4all AMKETo avoid any additional charges or delays in updating the payment of your order in our system, please deposit the amount of money directly to Piraeus Bank.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

We4all delivers throughout Greece and in specific countries abroad. All deliveries are made with a courier company at the place of your choice.Shipping costs are listed next to the item you want in the shop.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, size exchange or refund within 14 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.
In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

REFUND

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days.
