Recognizing the responsibility we all have towards protecting the environment, the people of Daikin Hellas put environmental sustainability at the center of their policies and practices.<\/div>\n
\nOur appointment was in Loutraki and our mission was to prevent waste collection before it reaches the sea, breaks down into microplastics, consumed by fish and ends up on our table with the final destination the human body…<\/div>\n
\nAccording to the UN, the amount of microplastics in the oceans is constantly increasing and in 2017 the microplastic particles in the seas were estimated at 51 trillion, i.e. 500 times more than the stars in our galaxy!<\/div>\n
\nDaikin Hellas as a Guardian Member of the we4all Environmental Alliance gave another gift to the nature, leaving at the end of the day a beach free of garbage!<\/div>\n
