ΔΕΝΤΡΟΦΥΤΕΥΣΗ ΣΤΟ ΔΕΛΤΑ ΤΟΥ ΝΙΓΗΡΑ

Our effort that started in Greece in July 2018, after the catastrophic fires in Mati, today has reached many lengths and breadths of our planet.

We4all has in the last year launched a campaign to restore the flora of the Niger Delta together with local communities and now in cooperation with the Embassy of Nigeria in Greece and Ambassador Opunimi Akinkugbe.

Unfortunately hundreds of thousands of barrels of oil are spilled into the Nigerian seas every day causing huge ecological disaster. Mangrove forests are dominant in the local ecosystem and necessary for the conservation of life in the areas around the river.
