Great news for Skiathos Island.
The Mayor of the island Mr Thodoris Tzoumas informed us a few months ago about the urgent need to plant a specific kind of pine tree on the island to protect and preserve the unique pine forest of Skiathos. The forest has been loosing trees because of age and other environmental factors since a long time.
We responded to the call and promised to plant a total of 3.000 trees to the island this season. The Mayor, the crew of the municipality and students from Skiathos High school made a proper planting today and we thank them all for their great work.
