• Ensuring project sustainability through systematic irrigation and health monitoring of trees for their first critical years, achieving impressive survival rates while enhancing biodiversity and climate resilience.
• Integrating wildfire protection directly into the restoration structure (such as in Ancient Olympia), where irrigation and monitoring infrastructure simultaneously serve as active prevention mechanisms against future crises.
• Organically integrating local communities and producers (e.g., in Northern Evia and Ancient Olympia), turning affected citizens into active allies and protectors of the new forest, combining environmental protection with social cohesion.
• Acting as a central orchestrator between Municipalities, Forest Authorities, Local Communities, and the Private Sector, transferring resources and expertise directly to the field.
